Norman & Mary have two offspring, Lucy and Mark (listed in order of appearance) who have now flown the nest. They both spent their childhood in Elkesley, Nottinghamshire and after completing their gap years - Lucy in Mexico and Mark in Ecuador - they went on to university and gained degrees.

Lucy, who works in HR management, now lives and works in San Francisco and Mark, like Dick Whittington, went off to London to find fame and fortune and (unlike DW) now works as a recruitment consultant.
